Offering no less glamour, Barbie's new scooter is snazzy, and includes all of the features a real Vespa does--except a working motor. The seatbelt is adjustable, the kickstand supports, the helmet compartment holds a real helmet for Barbie, the seat lifts up for storage, and the wheels turn. Parents will have to attach the scooter's rear-view mirrors; everything else, like Barbie, is ready to roll.
