King Motor Baja 3.0 30.5cc 1/5 Scale Gas / Petrol Powered RC Remote Control Car 1:5 Review
One of the finest radio-control vehicles ever produced has just been upgraded. This 1:5 scale, ready-to-run off-roader is manufactured with extreme attention-to-detail by King Motor Sport and now offers the next-generation in pro-series aluminum alloy parts, including shock towers and supports, transmission, clutch housing, front/rear wheel hubs, and rev box. An amazing 32 inches in length, the fully assembled Baja Buggy comes equipped with a 2-stroke, 30.5cc engine capable of reaching speeds of 60+ mph. This off-roader features a redesigned 2.4-GHz LCD FM radio with built-in fail safe for better control and range, along with a high-torque 33 kg/cm steering servo and 15 kg/cm throttle servo for improved steering and speed. This huge 29-pound buggy is loaded with fully-adjustable VVC shocks, an 8,000-RPM clutch spring, an adjustable carburetor, and off-road knobby dirt tires. The all-metal differential gears transfer the 30.5cc engine's massive power directly through the drive train with very little loss. Its aluminum chassis keeps weight in check and minimizes body roll, while a stronger chrome-plated metal roll cage adds protection. The vehicle comes with a clear 4-piece body kit that you can custom paint if desired. All that is required to get you on the race track is 2-cycle oil, unleaded gas, and 8-AA controller batteries. Additional specifications: 2-wheel drive; double-wishbone suspension; 22.4" wheelbase; off-road tires; and 3-piece chrome nylon rims with aluminum bead-locks. The complete King Motor 3.0 Baja Racing Buggy includes a fully assembled buggy, clear body, sticker set, 2.4-GHz LCD FM radio controller and receiver, spare parts bag, mixing bottle, 8-piece tool kit, battery charger (110v plug), receiver battery pack, spare air filter, owner's manual / schematics, whip antenna, aluminum rev box, aluminum upgraded parts, and fail-safe control.
